    Thank you for your interest in supporting the Bayside Arts program with an annual membership.

    If this is a Family Membership, you may enter your family surname and the word "Family" in the "Your name" field.
    The only required fields are your name and email.
    Providing your Mailing Address is optional but we really value knowing how to contact members by postal mail.

    After clicking the "Submit" button you will be redirected to a PayPal page where you can complete the payment process using either a credit card, a Venmo account, or an existing PayPal account. (Be patient - it takes a moment of two for the PayPal form to appear.)
